My crystal ball says of those Six submitting their application forms, there will be only two shall obtain the Certificate of Eligibility.
The crystal ball says, "Not to reveal the names of these Two!"
No such restriction to reveal the reasons. It's simple really: if more than two candidates, whoever gains the majority of the votes, the percentage of the winning won't be respectable.
In other words, there would be majority (of those who choose the loser candidates) who are going to be upset & disrespectful of the newly elected President.
I may be wrong as the crystal ball may be affected by the heavy rain this morning! So, let's just wait till the result is out by 17 August, shall we? Heh.

Here's why: If there are 4 candidates, the anti Tony Tan vote will be split into 3. This will give him a great chance to be president.
If there is only 1 candidate, then Tony Tan will be president.
If there are 2 candidates, say Tan Cheng Bok vs Tony Tan, then Tan Cheng Bok will get all the TCB votes + all the anti-Tony Tan votes. Then there will be a good chance Tony Tan will not be president. In addition to that, citizens will kpkb why TJS / TKL not allowed to run.
So right now, now that all 4 got the COE, TKL, TJS, TCB must talk to each other and see if they can agree that one of them will stand down.
