The hot Esther Goh Tok Mui: A lady in red, really RED?!

So the photo of the 4th mystery woman, Ms Cecilia Sue Siew Nang has been revealed, and it's quite a (pleasant) surprise to finally know the photo of the other mystery woman: Ms Esther Goh Tok Mui.

Yes, she's the very same Ms Esther Goh Tok Mui who was as a director of business development at NCS had allegedly gone (down? hur hur) the extra mile in her customer service to one shameful Singapore Civil Defence Force's (SCDF) former commissioner Peter Benedict Lim Sin Pang.

Possibly thanks to her having had sex with the lustful Lim Sin Pang seven times between April 20 and Nov 13 last year, NCS was awarded a new five-year contract by the Ministry of Defence to manage and maintain the National Service (NS) Portal, Data Centre and NSCall Centre.

Commissioner of Police Ng Joo Hee is not acquainted with Ms Esther Goh, one of the women allegedly involved with former Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) chief Peter Lim in an ongoing corruption case.

This is according to a statement issued by the police that was posted on the Singapore Police Force's (SPF) Facebook page on Friday.

The police said that Commissioner Ng is not acquainted with Ms Goh and that recent events should not dampen their annual fund raising efforts.

It also explained how a photo of Commissioner Ng shaking hands with Ms Esther Goh had been taken. The photo has been circulating online.

"Mr Ng Joo Hee deeply regrets that the photograph has been misused by irresponsible persons online as a basis for making vulgarities, inanities and all manner of mischievous innuendos," the statement said.

The police said the photo was taken on Oct 12 last year at a police charity concert held to benefit the Community Chest.

At the event, Commissioner Ng presented tokens to donors who gave more than $10,000, one of whom was NCS, represented by Ms Esther Goh.

She was previously a director of business development at the company.

The police also said they hoped recent events will not dampen support for their annual fund raising efforts.

"It will be unfortunate and most unfair should the Community Chest and the charities that it supports suffer because of the actions of a few misguided and irresponsible individuals," it said.

Ms Esther Goh has since left the company, The Straits Times said.
From Asiaone, "Police Commissioner distances self from ex-NCS director Esther Goh".

Miss Esther Goh Tok Mui

Miss Goh, who is single, is alleged to have had sex with Lim seven times between April 20 and Nov13 last year. The first time was in a carpark near the Marina Bay Golf Course.

Then it was in an apartment in Tanjong Rhu - once in May and another time between Sept 3and 6 last year. Lim is registered as an apartment resident of 1, Rhu Cross.

The pair also had sex in a carpark near Singapore Indoor Stadium around May19 last year.

The final three charges - between September and Nov 13 last year - involves sex in a Clementi flat.

NCS' deputy director of marketing and communications, Ms Sophia Ong, confirmed that Miss Goh was a former employee at the firm.

At the time of Miss Goh's alleged sexual relations with Lim, she was a director of business development at NCS, which deals in computer systems integration and computer facilities management services.

Said Ms Ong: "NCS has a strict code of conduct that governs employees' dealing with customers, suppliers, competitors and the community.

"We adopt a zero-tolerance policy against fraud. Employees are to uphold a high standard of personal and corporate integrity."

She declined further comment.

Last year, NCS was awarded a new five-year contract by the Ministry of Defence to manage and maintain the National Service (NS) Portal, Data Centre and NSCall Centre.
