PrimaDéli 20-cent waffle promotion

PrimaDéli last Friday had a 20-cent waffles promotion at 35 outlets for the first 100 customers. Started at 2 pm, the queue had even been formed at 12:35 PM at one of the outlet. You might have saved $1.10 but at the cost of about 1.5 hours? It's hardly something to be excited about this promotion then, right? Heh. I'd love to be at Punggol Plaza next promotion on Aug 10 to take the photo of the queue, though.

To celebrate their 20th anniversary, PrimaDéli held a 20 cent waffles promotion at 35 outlets for the first 100 customers yesterday. This is an on-going promotion that will take place on the 2nd Friday of every month till October.

The promotion starts at 2pm and each of the first 100 customers is allowed to purchase one plain waffle for 20 cents. It usually retails at $1.30.

Yesterday's promotion was so popular, that waffles were sold out within an hour at most outlets. 35 out of a total 36 outlets participated in the promotion and sold 3,500 waffles.

A queue started to form at 12.35pm at Punggol Plaza and the 100 waffles were sold out within 35 minutes. This was the first outlet to complete the promotion.

The next dates for waffle days are on August 10, September 14 and October 12.

For those who prefer egg tarts, there will be a one-for-one deal on July 20. This promotion will be held at all PrimaDéli outlets islandwide.
