I mean, come on, the delay of about 1 1/2 hours (the arrival as stated during the booking would be on 8:30 PM whereas actually it was on 10:01 PM), and there was not even an attempt to, say, make the delay more bearable by giving the upset passengers with some dinner or even light refreshment?!
Tigerair, to fly with you again in future? Nevermore, I'd say!
