A hoax? Alleged notification from MFA on impending bomb attacks in Riau Islands.

Referring to Asiaone, "Flyers surface in Batam warning of bomb attacks targeting Singaporeans", I just wonder if it may just be a hoax.

I too received the whatsapp message about it:

Notification from MFA:
Batam Today reported on 5 Jul that flyers were found which mentioned that there would be bomb attacks in a number of places in the Riau Islands, including the port of Batam Centre, Nagoya, Bunyan Telani and Tanjung Pinang. The flyers also said that tourists from Malaysia and Singapore would be targeted and that the militants had arrived in Riau "two weeks ago". Tanjung Pinang District Policy Chief confirmed the existence of the flyer and said it was under investigation.

But when I clicked the link above, it mentions that "The page that you are looking for cannot be found. Please check the URL to ensure that the path is correct."

I also attempted to check the Batam Today, but the website failed to load.

Trying to use Google News, but also unable to find such an article from Batam Today.

So is this really a hoax? Well, I believe so.
